Which LTL carriers can I use?

ShipWise supports a panel of national LTL carriers, including: ArcBest, AAA Cooper, ABF, Estes, FedEx Freight, Forward Air, Roadrunner, SAIA, Southeastern Freight Lines, Worldwide Express, XPO, and Crosscountry. In-house freight lines can be added through our generic carrier integration.

Do I need my own carrier accounts to get good rates?

No. Bring your own, or use our discounted, pre-negotiated rates with no contracts to open. Or run both and rate-shop across everything.

Can I ship freight and parcel from the same place?

Yes. LTL ships from the same Orders screen; picking an LTL service switches it into freight mode automatically.

What documents does a freight shipment produce?

BOL, POD, and 4×6 pallet labels, reprintable any time from the Shipments grid.

What handling units and freight classes are supported?

Pallet, skid, crate, carton, tote, or wood/metal box, and all 18 standard NMFC classes.

Can I book LTL through the API?

Yes, rate and book from your own ERP, WMS, or OMS.
